When buying a service you agree that:

Return and refund policy
We collect advance booking payments from customers for buffet and catering services.
Any cancellation of events or services would result in cancellation charges of such booking amounts Refunds are processed within 14 days of the date of payment based upon the original payment method.
Cancellation of service within 2 days of booking - Full Booking Amount Refund (Refund within 14 days of the date of payment based upon the original payment method)
Cancellation of service between 3 to 5 days of booking - 80% Booking Amount Refund (Refund within 14 days of the date of payment based upon the original payment method)
Cancellation of service after 5 days of booking - No Refund
In case of Complete (Full ) Advance payment the following terms will apply for refunds
Cancellation of service within 2 days of booking - Full Amount Refund (Refund within 14 days of the date of payment based upon the original payment method)
Cancellation of service between 3 to 10 days of booking - 80% Amount Refund (Refund within 14 days of the date of payment based upon the original payment method)
Cancellation of service after 10 days of booking - 50% Amount Refund (Refund within 14 days of the date of payment based upon the original payment method)
In addition, please note the following:
(i) Any additional decoration charges are to be paid to the service providers directly. Sai Hospitality does not take responsibility of any payments made directly to external vendors or service providers.
(ii) All receipts are mandatory for refund claims.
Retention of right to change offers
We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of [Sai hospitality].
